  • How much does it cost?
    Online Notarizations 1 notarization: $50 2-4 notarizations: $75 Full real estate closing: $150 In-Person Notarizations Per notification: $10 + travel fee * Full real estate closing: $150 + travel fee * Payments are accepted by electronic check or digital payment such as Venmo or Paypal. Simply call or email to schedule your virtual or in-personal notary services. *In-Person notifications to 32940 or 32955 zip codes includes a $50 travel fee. For other zip codes, please contact us.

    NotarizeDocs.com accepts several official forms of identification, including: State-issued driver's license or identification card U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State U.S. military ID State, county and local government IDs Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services* Foreign passport* Driver's license officially issued in Mexico or Canada* Digital driver's license* ID deemed acceptable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security* Inmate ID issued by the State Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons, if the inmate is in state or federal custody* Inmate ID issued by a county sheriff, if the inmate is in the custody of the county sheriff* *Only in some states.     The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner. Depending on the number of signatures, the average single notarization can take approximately 15 minutes and appointments are available seven days a week at your convenience.
