How much does it cost?

Online Notarizations 1 notarization: $50 2-4 notarizations: $75 Full real estate closing: $150 In-Person Notarizations Per notification: $10 + travel fee * Full real estate closing: $150 + travel fee * Payments are accepted by electronic check or digital payment such as Venmo or Paypal. Simply call or email to schedule your virtual or in-personal notary services. *In-Person notifications to 32940 or 32955 zip codes includes a $50 travel fee. For other zip codes, please contact us.

How long does it take to get a document notarized?

Depending on the number of signatures, the average single notarization can take approximately 15 minutes and appointments are available seven days a week at your convenience.
